Doing our bit for charity

Lookoutmedia is pleased to be helping the Dorset Children’s Foundation promote its ‘Paddy’s Purpose’ campaign. The video, which was filmed and edited by a Video Journalist in just two days, is being sent to Primary schools to demonstrate what happens when workshop coordinator Gemma and her son Paddy make a visit.

As part of our service Lookoutmedia also produced a short promotional video which is being used on the charity website.

Animated in Asia

Lookoutmedia were recently asked to enhance a video with animation to highlight key features of a major hydro electric project in Asia. The video shows how simple animation can make a big impact on the viewers understanding about how the work of an individual company can play an important role in the success of a much bigger project.


Expert Speakers

Lookoutmedia is currently producing a series of videos for the University of Southampton which highlights the breath and variety of it’s keynote speakers. Each event features one or more experts who are ‘live steamed’ to a wider audience. A video of the event is then posted online. Recent guest speakers include the BBC’s North America Correspondent Jon Sopel.


Broadcasting experience

At LookoutMedia we pride ourselves in sharing our wealth of broadcasting experience with our corporate clients – matching crisp scriptwriting to strong, relevant images to create simple, effective messaging.

But it seems that newsrooms are so keen to keep on using our services that we’re having trouble finding enough time to share our communication skills. Over the past six months we’ve seen an increase in demand from BBC and ITV News and we’ve also been spending more time media training the military.  Of course we haven’t neglected out regular clients (hello the University of Southampton) and we always welcome new enquiries.
